Choose the Right Workflow

Understand when to use cleaning, enrichment, or deduplication.

Cleaning, enrichment, and deduplication solve different data-quality problems. Use this guide to choose the right workflow for the records you want to improve.

Workflow	What it does	Use it when
Cleaning	Corrects and standardises information already in Rex CRM.	A record contains inconsistent formatting, invalid details, or a missing relationship that can be resolved from existing data.
Enrichment	Finds new contact information and adds it to an existing person.	A person has enough identifying information to search for additional phone numbers or email addresses.
Deduplication	Identifies records that refer to the same contact and brings their useful information together.	The same person may appear more than once in your CRM.

Cleaning

Cleaning makes existing CRM data more consistent and useful. Propexa can suggest changes to property details, contact details, and property relationships while leaving uncertain records unchanged.

Enrichment
