When to use deduplication

Use deduplication when the same person may appear in Rex CRM more than once, particularly when those records contain different names, phone numbers, email addresses, properties, or ownership relationships. Deduplication is different from:
  • Cleaning, which corrects and standardises information already on a record
  • Enrichment, which finds new contact information for an existing person
